Terms of Service

• A clipboard address is an access link, not proof of identity or ownership. Anyone who knows or guesses an unprotected address may read, change, or delete its contents. Choose addresses carefully, set passwords, and protect your links.
• Read-only share links let recipients view and download content, subject to any share password you set. Recipients can still copy content or forward links. Cancelling sharing, changing a link, or deleting a file cannot recall copies they have already saved.
• Password protection is not end-to-end encryption. Our servers process readable text and files to provide the service. Do not use it as a password vault or upload highly sensitive information unsuitable for this form of sharing. Clear relevant access data after using a shared device.

• Uploaded files expire 7 days after upload and then become unavailable through normal download and preview interfaces. Background cleanup may happen later or be retried after a failure; expiry does not mean related file information or every infrastructure copy is immediately erased.
• Text is not subject to the 7-day file expiry rule and normally remains until overwritten, cleared, or deleted. The service does not provide text version history or promise permanent storage or recovery of deleted, overwritten, or expired content.
• Download what you need before expiry and keep an independent backup of important material. With the required access, you can clear text, delete files or a clipboard, and cancel sharing using the available controls. See the Privacy Policy for other retention rules.

We take reasonable care to maintain the service, but maintenance, network or infrastructure failures, security incidents, and other events may cause interruptions, delays, or unavailable data. We do not guarantee continuous availability or permanent storage. For foreseeable changes that materially affect use, we will give advance notice where reasonably practicable and a reasonable opportunity to save content you need.

To address unlawful content, credible rights complaints, security risks, or serious resource abuse, we may take proportionate measures such as restricting access, removing content, or suspending relevant features. Where legally permitted and compatible with security, we will explain the action. You can contact us below to object or request a review. Urgent situations may require action first.

You can stop using the service at any time and, with the required access, delete content and cancel sharing. Stopping use does not automatically delete all data on our servers.

You are responsible for your actions when uploading, using, and sharing content. Liability for breaches of these terms or harm to others is determined by applicable law and each party's fault. We remain responsible for our legal obligations as a service provider.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the service meets every particular purpose or is always error-free or uninterrupted. Responsibility for data loss, disclosure, interruptions, or other losses depends on the actual cause, fault, and applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including personal injury or property damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Your mandatory consumer protections and other statutory rights remain unaffected.
